1970 Ford Torino GT For Sale

Motor Trend Car of the Year for 1970. Similar to the car in the new Clint Eastwood movie “Gran Torino”. 429ci “Thunder-Jet” Auto. Vermillion Orange paint. Few minor blemishes. Has been repainted once, but is still original color. The body is straight with no body filler. The car is virtually rust free. Full-width taillights. Black decklid applique.
The engine is a stock 429ci “Thunder-Jet” with 360hp bolted to an automatic transmission. The odometer reads 39137 but probably not accurate. The car runs smoothly and starts without any hassle. Smokes slightly at first, but goes away after running for a couple of minutes.

The interior is original and shows some wear. The door panels are in good shape, just stained. Would probably come out with some cleaning. Drivers and passengers seats are torn. Rear seats are soiled, but not torn. Dash is in good shape with just a couple of small cracks. Gauges all work properly. All knobs and vents are present and work properly. The headliner is in good shape.

This car would make a great car to drive every day or even to restore it. It is a very powerful car and is a blast to drive.
