This 50 Ford is one heck of a ride. It has a small block 350 V8 with a turbo 350 3 speed Automatic transmission, a Volare independent front suspension clip, 8 inch rear differential, AIR CONDITIONING/heat, electric wipers, new wiring, new paint, new interior, power disc brakes, power steering, Edelbrock aluminum intake with an Edelbrock carburetor, HEI electronic ignition/distributor, and good radial tires. We drove this car across the country, a couple of times, and it’s ready to do it again! This car has been used as a daily driver for a couple of years, but has just had a new professional paint job. It doesn’t even have one chip in it. It has ONLY DRIVEN 5 MILES SINCE NEW PAINT! The car was in nice shape before the new paint, but incredible with the new paint.
I just noticed that there is a blanket in the back seat in the pics, the back seat looks like the front seat. Great condition.
This really is a very nice car. It’s fun and easy to drive, it looks great going down the road and turns lots of heads. This car is such a solid runner that I would put someone that has never driven a classic car before in it, and send them across the country.
The car starts right up easily and drives great down the road. The engine runs well and strong. It burns no oil. The transmission shifts as it should. The car feels great going down the highway in the fast lane. This car has been my personal family car for a couple of years. Every six months we have gone through the car top to bottom and replaced anything that showed any wear at all. The engine makes no funny noises or sounds. The brakes are great. Just gently push on the brake pedal, and the car will easily stop nice and straight from 80mph to a stop. The engine sounds great through the operating chrome lake pipes. A nice note, but quiet since it first runs through mufflers. You could remove the mufflers for a louder aggressive note straight through the lake pipes. This car is very easy to drive, park, and cruise. We wouldn’t sell this incredible car, but we could use a 4 door classic wagon for the family car now.
