Well, I got my A back. I sold her a couple of years ago and recently got her back in a trade for a muscle car I had. I hate to let her go. She is a comfortable reliable car if I need to take off across the country, and leave tonight. But, they must all be for sale. I have been driving her as a commuter for a couple of months, now she is back on the auction block. Hopefully, no one reading this will buy this car. I hate to part with this reliable car.

This Ford Model A has a pleasant survivor body; it has been modified to be a daily driver or a weekend cruiser. It has A/C to keep you cool during hot summer days, and a heater to keep you warm in the winter. It was driven to SEMA 07 from Los Angeles, CA to Las Vegas, Nevada, and no break downs along the way. That will give you an idea of how well this car is running. A few of the car’s more special features are the independent suspension which improves the ride, disc brakes all-around, and a TCI frame.

This Ford Model A is a well put together vehicle. It has disc brakes all-around, front independent suspension with coil overs, rear Jaguar independent suspension with inboard discs brakes and coil overs. The body of this Model A is very solid with no dents or Bondo in this car, custom steel hood, custom aluminum trunk, and custom steel dash. This Model A was Channeled 6 inches and not chopped. It has a custom grille insert and hood ornament. The interior has a steel dash filled with auto meter gauges in dash, pop out front windshield, Dynomat insulated interior, GM tilt Column with 40’s steering wheel. All of the lights and gauges work. It has shoulder seat belts for passenger and driver. The headlights have the turn signals inside of them. It has a working windshield wiper, TCI frame. The engine is a Ford V8 302 engine with trick flow aluminum heads and roller cam, Hedman Hedders, Quad barrel Edelbrock Carb, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, custom air filter, Accel Electronic ignition distributor, Serpentine belt system, electronic cooling fan, and Performance automatic C4 Transmission. The Model A was painted with Eastwood rust encapsulator and has chalked flames.

This Ford Model A runs like it’s a new car; starts up effortlessly every time, plus it has good acceleration, it can run at freeway speeds without a problem, and doesn’t overheat in traffic. This is a mechanically sound Model A. The brakes on this Vehicle are phenomenal; the disc brakes stop this vehicle easily in a panic stop. I doubt you’ll find another Model A like this one.

For being an 80-year-old car, it is extremely easy to drive. This is something that you can race with Porsche’s through the canyons and then cruise down the freeway at 80mph on the way home, all with no issues. It has plenty of power and is fun to run through the gears, but it is very controllable. This is a car that grandma wouldn’t have any problems with as her second car.

The electrical work on this vehicle is solid, headlights, turn signals, dash lights; brake lights all work, the A/C on this vehicle works superb, as well as the heater, the windows roll up and down smoothly, the doors open and close easily with this car. Not a hard car to get in and out of. The paint is a brush on rust encapsulator, which has kept this car in such great shape. Take a good look at the photos and see for yourself.
