The Old Crow Speed Shop in Burbank California has amassed an incredible collection of classic cars, hot rods, land speed race cars, parts, and projects. They have a real knack for finding some amazing and rare items from the past. however, space is becoming an issue. So in order to make some room and concentrate on their primary pursuit of Land Speed racing, the Old Crow speed shop has contacted Sakowski Motors Los Angeles to auction off some of the treasures. Considering that they never sale anything, this is definitely a rare opportunity. This is a late 1960's ItalJet race bike with Sidehack and Dustbin fairing. It comes with the factory cafe rack. This Ital Jet Side Hack race bike is either a Mustang or Vampiro. The engine is a 50cc air cooled engine. I think it is the 1965 Mustang 50 SS because of the gas tank gauge, but could be a modified Vampiro. This is what Bobby Green has to say about it, " " I bought this bike from a gentleman who purchased it in the early 70's. It was being used in an Italjet dealership as a display bike. It was shipped over from Europe after the 50cc sidehack racing class was disbanded. The bike was driven around on the streets of Culver City for a little while, and then put away in a garage until I bought it." A truly rare garage find. The Dust Bin Fairing had been outlawed since.

This is the real deal, an authentic vintage race motorcycle. Extremely rare. a genuine speed bike. The bike is chain driven, with a coil sprung rear. It is painted in a silver theme, with a red stripe. The seat is black vinyl. It is equipped with only a speedometer and odometer mounted aside the fuel fill cap on the tank. There is a spare head and motor that comes with the bike. There is no carb. The engine does not turn easily over, we have not tried to get it free.
